Working from Hi Def., Cinesite scanns for VHS release in middle nineties. Using Commotion, we Dustbusted out, incredible amounts cell dirt, cloning errors, at times having to repaint characters, because we couldn't spot out the dancing dust bunnies.

Final Composite of multiple elements for output to H.D. Video/Motion Picture Film.
Technical Challenge on this Project: Supervising Retelecine of Film elements to correct
problems, as well as generating clean mattes from poorly lit blue screen, with excessive
amounts of blue and green spill.
In Response: Adapted film and Photoshop techniques to manually general some mattes,
using RGB color channels as color separations to generate
Alpha mattes and False green or blue registers to clean up screen spill on subjects.

On Set Supervisor blue Screen photography.
Responsible for Co-ordination with Editorial on spotting visual effects,
time code for all elements and plates, creating D-5 sub master from HD Cam,
working with Sony Hi Def Center to create Exabyte tapes. Also Exabyte to HD Cam.
Generated all live action blue screen mattes.Using After Effects
and the Ultimatte plug-in, Rotoscoping.
Used Infini-D, Illustrator and Photoshop to create Christmas Path and star Field elements.
Final Composite of multiple elements for output to H.D. Video/Motion Picture Film.
